We are excited to announce that effective August 1st, we merged with Francis Office Supply out of Piqua, Ohio. Francis Office Supply has been in business under its current ownership since 2000 when Ken Heath, Dean Lyman and Joe Feeser purchased the company from Harold “Spin” Francis.

The current Francis retail space in Piqua will be converted into an Office360 furniture showroom. They will also continue to work out of their existing warehouse in Piqua, in addition to the other Office360 warehouse operations in South Bend, Ft. Wayne, and Richmond. Several of the current Francis employees will be joining the Office360 team to jointly serve customers as a region-wide operation.

This will be our sixth acquisition since our founding in 2008.  We are very excited about this transaction as we feel we will be better able to serve our office products customers by leveraging buying power and operational efficiency with the new company.
